Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consults with clients on institutional services plan design and construction.
  • With WealthSouth’s Chief Investment Officer, meets with clients to explain philosophy, process, fund selection and strategic details.
  • Execution and ongoing management of employee benefit plans and non-profit investment management accounts.

  • Ensures compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations for all clients’ plans and assists clients’ management of day-to-day plan administrative responsibilities.

My goal is always to simplify the many complicated nuances of Employee Benefit laws and regulations for our clients and to ensure that every detail is understood and managed appropriately.  Institutional Services accounts are complex and can pose unique problems for our clients. We strive to lessen these complexities and alleviate potential problems before they arise.
